Martijn leads PT Key Span Solusindo and its operations in Yogyakarta.
Indonesian by birth and raised and educated in the Netherlands, Martijn brings both local understanding and an international perspective to the business. His experience spans business operations, professional services and community engagement in Indonesia.
As President Director, Martijn is responsible for the company's local operations, workplace, employees and service delivery. He is closely involved in recruitment and candidate selection and works with the team throughout their employment and professional development.
His objective for Solusindo is straightforward: to build a company where capable people can do interesting international work in a professional environment, while developing skills and experience that support their longer-term careers.
PT Key Span Solusindo works in alliance with Keyspan Offshore Solutions Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Perth, Western Australia.
The two companies perform complementary roles.
Keyspan Offshore develops and manages relationships with Australian and international clients and works with them to identify the professional capabilities and services they require.
PT Key Span Solusindo provides the Indonesian employment, workplace, operational management and delivery capability that enables those services to be performed from Yogyakarta.
Together, the alliance creates a structured connection between international organisations seeking capable professional support and Indonesian professionals seeking meaningful international work.
